Each June, the Foundation hosts the Mercy Hospital Charity Golf Classic at the prestigious Seven Oaks Country Club in Bakersfield. Now in its 20th year, the tournament has raised almost a million dollars for the Florence R. Wheeler Cancer Center at Mercy Hospital.
This year's tournament will be held on Monday, June 7th and starts with a 7:30 a.m. breakfast followed by a shotgun start at 8:30 a.m. At the completion of the scramble-format tournament is an old-fashioned barbeque lunch, “19th Hole” raffle and awards ceremony.
So whether you’re an expert on the links or just enjoy a good game, your participation in the Mercy Hospital Charity Golf Classic will make a difference in the lives of many!
